I have a studio for rent that was remodeled about 19 months ago. It will be available after November 15, 2009. The studio is 480 sq ft in size. It consists of a full kitchen, bathroom with shower and a laundry room. The unit was updated with the following NEW items: air conditioning, paint in common areas, washer and dryer, tv, dvd player, full size bed with bedding, couch that makes into another full size bed, microwave, towels and kitchen utensils. Having a washer/dryer in a studio is extremely rare and very convenient. Bottled water is also provided with short-term stays.

The unit is located on the top(3rd) floor and is the corner unit. There are lots of windows which provide natural light. It is located just 1.5 blocks from the famous 5th Avenue and 3 blocks from the best beaches in Playa. Its location is on the corner of Calle 38 and 10 1/2. Because of its location, you are assured a quiet sleep while still having the convenience to walk to most of Playa's attractions. Mega and Walmart a just blocks away. Sorry, but no pets and no smoking in this studio.
